prenatal massage - 60min $120
A soothing full body massage designed to ease common pregnancy discomforts, support relaxation, and provide tension relief. We are able to use deeper pressure in a safe and effective way for mom, while decreasing stress and providing relief for the nervous system. Available during any trimester, up to active labor.
prenatal massage - 90min $170
A deeply nurturing experience for when your body needs more time and care. This extended session allows for full body rejuvenation with time to focus where mom needs it the most. In the third trimester this can include abdominal massage for round ligament, rib, and lower back discomfort. Available during any trimester, up to active labor.
postpartum
postpartum massage - 60min $120
A restorative full body massage designed to support the body's healing state after birth. We focus on reconnecting mom with her body, while addressing lingering tension from birth and caring for baby. We are able to use deeper pressure in a safe and effective way for mom, while providing necessary rest and balance during this precious time. Available for any mom in her "postpartum era", however long or short a time period that may feel.
postpartum massage - 90min $170

This can include C-section scar mobilization and abdominal lymphatic drainage. Available for any mom in her "postpartum era", however long or short a time period that may feel.

A grounding full body massage that focuses on releasing everyday tension and relaxing the nervous system. Using blended techniques and pressures, we are able to offer the perfect reset customized for each individual.
therapeutic massage - 90min $170
A deeply restorative experience for when your body needs more time and care. This extended therapeutic session allows for full body rejuvenation with time to focus where you need it the most.
massage add ons
cupping therapy - $20 (adds 10mins)
Cupping Therapy is an ancient healing technique used to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support the body's natural detoxification process. Using gentle suction, cups are placed on the skin to lift and decompress underlying tissue. This can be a deeply relaxing technique providing relief from muscle tension and chronic pain. "Cup kisses" are common, not harmful, and typically last 3-7 days.
heated muscle scraping - $20 (adds 10mins)
Also known as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), this technique uses smooth, heated stainless steel to glide over the skin. This releases restrictions in the soft tissue and improves blood circulation, leaving the body feeling more mobile and relaxed.
tmj release - $40 (adds 20mins)
This add on focuses on releasing built up tension in the jaw, face, neck, and scalp that could be contributing to tmj discomfort. Perfect for anyone experiencing jaw tension, clenching, headaches/migraines, facial tension, or is approaching labor/delivery as the jaw and pelvis are very deeply connected. This includes gentle intra-oral work (inside the mouth) to reach little muscles in the jaw responsible for tmj tension.

appointment arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for your massage consult and to get on the table. Your session starts at the scheduled appointment time. If you are late, please understand that you will be cut down on time in order to keep a timely schedule for all subsequent clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled at the discretion of your therapist.
