Therapeutic Massage

This session is intuitively customized to the client's needs, varying from a Swedish flow to Deep Tissue techniques. Whether you're looking to completely relax, address a chronic pain issue, or somewhere in between, we will find the right balance for you.

Prenatal Massage

For any expecting mother beyond her first trimester, this side-lying session works to decrease all of the common aches, pains, and swelling caused by pregnancy.

Hot Stone Massage

A Swedish Massage flow incorporating heated lava stones for increased circulation and decreased muscle tension.

Reiki Infused Massage

Reiki is a hands-on healing technique that increases the body's ability to heal itself through universal energy. Reiki helps with physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing, increases relaxation, and reduces stress and anxiety. The Reiki Infused Massage blends the two modalities into an all encompassing healing session for the body, mind, and soul.

Reiki

Reiki is a hands-on healing technique that increases the body's ability to heal itself through universal energy. Reiki helps with physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing, increases relaxation, and reduces stress and anxiety. This session is performed fully clothed and face-up on the massage table.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine still practiced to this day. We use the cups to create a vacuum seal on the skin which pulls the blood flow to the surface increasing circulation, releasing tight muscles, and puts the body in an extreme state of relaxation. "Cup Kisses" are usually left behind, and go away within 2-3 days.

Aromatherapy

Essential oils are diffused and applied to the body to promote relaxation and healing.

Mini Hot Stones

Small heated lava stones are applied to the neck, hands, and feet throughout the massage.

Meet Mary!

Mary is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and the owner of Honest Energy. She graduated Rutgers University with a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, and received her Health Coach certification through Integrative Nutrition. Her clinical instruction was through Therapeutic Massage and Training Center where she was trained in varying massage modalities to fit the client's needs. She is thrilled to have turned her passion for the human body and helping others into a massage therapy career. When not at work you may find her at the beach, paddle boarding, playing volleyball, or...at the beach! Mary looks forward to helping you achieve relief from daily stress and pain so enjoying your life can become your first priority.
